    I am currently the India Head - Brand communication Marketing and Creative at RoundGlass, a Health- Tech Startup in the space of holistic wellbeing. My role involves managing the communications strategy across all verticals at RoundGlass and keeping them in sync with the Global brand. The role requires working closely with the Global Marketing team and bringing Indian sensibilities and cultural understanding to the product while creating a unified brand recall for both internal employee engagement and external consumers.






    Stanza Living,, New Delhi, INDIA.

    Head of Creative, Content and Strategy: December 2019 - January 2021

    Role at Stanza Living
    I was the head of creative, content, and, strategy at Stanza Living - India’s largest tech-enabled, co-living concept created for students and working professionals migrating to a new place. Stanza Living is Late Stage Venture, backed by global investors like Equity International, Falcon Edge Capital, Sequoia India, Matrix, Accel Partners, and Alteria Capital. I lead the brand transformation from a robust service provider to a caring humane brand, using touchpoints across from property spaces to revamping the website https://www.stanzaliving.com/ The process started with transforming the logo, reworking the brand positioning and a tone of voice for the brand soon started to reflect in all communication across channels.






    Hakuhodo LYNC India, New Delhi, INDIA.

    Role at Hakuhodo India
    I was heading the Delhi Office’s creative team of 19 people at Hakuhodo LYNC India, and was responsible for brand communication for as many as 12 businesses including Yamaha, Sleepwell, Daikin, Canon, Dr.Lal’s PathLabs, The Beer Café and British Paints. Of the 12, YAMAHA, HCL, Himachal Tourism, Gome, and Sharp were added to the company’s portfolio during my tenure.

    The Sleepwell furniture cushioning TVC helped the brand expand in a market dominated by unbranded products. This was the first time that an established player forayed into furniture cushioning. The product and the TVC were well received and strengthened the brand's positioning for providing unmatched personalised comfort.Sleepwell Furniture Cushioning TVC I was part of the core team responsible for creating and executing “THE CALL OF THE BLUE” campaigns for two consecutive years. The unit and identity design is currently in used globally at Yamaha and endorsed by Valentino Rossi for Moto GP Yamaha (CALL OF THE BLUE 2.0)

    Role at Cheil India
    As the Senior Creative Director at Cheil India, the key task was to steer the imagery of Samsung, our account Prima Dona, from a technology-centric marquee to one with a human voice and heart. This was done through campaigns like ‘Samsung Smart Class’, ‘Samsung Services’ and ‘Samsung Technical School’ through the extensive use of Traditional, New Age Media, Brand Activation and Retail Marketing






    HCL Technologies, Noida - NCR , INDIA

    As the creative lead at PlusOneDegree (the erstwhile Team 360), the creative autogenous agency of HCL Technologies, I was responsible for deriving creative strategy, conceptualization and execution of both internal and external communication for the organization. My team of 30 creative minds, based out of two geographies, handled both traditional and digital media communication for the various verticals of strategic and business marketing. I was part of the core group that developed mobile apps for both HCL and its clients.






    McCANN Worldgroup, New Delhi, INDIA

    Creative Director: February 2013 - November 2014

    As the art-head for the team, I was primarily responsible for Aircel and Coca-Cola, two brands that need no introduction. For Aircel we managed to add to their customer base in even in saturated market by creating a place in people’s hearts with the ‘Mouse that saved the tiger’ and ‘Tigers are irreplaceable’ campaigns. My key responsibility on Coca-Cola was to have a stronger presence for the brand on social media. ‘Coke Braille Ad’ and ‘The Coke Studio Singing Promo’ are examples of work created for Coca-Cola to bring joy to people.
